  We have had our trailer stored for over 2 years at this place, and have had nothing but problems. The most recent reviews are correct - no security or patrolling of the site, people breaking into and stealing, and many other problems. NOTE: I am actively looking for a different place to store our trailer at, and if you are looking, steer clear!
  
  When picking up our trailer one day, we discovered that our trailer had been damaged by crows who were ripping the roof and siding off. When we emailed the site directly, we never received follow-up. It was after this that I reached out to the regional manager, and after some email exchanges back and forth about "We are not responsible for damage" - I know that... saying she would "personally look into the issue" (canned response) - no response a few months later.
  
  A few months later we pick up our trailer and while pulling it out of our slot, we discovered that someone had broken into our trailer and stolen our refrigerator and other items.
  
  I could reach out to site personal and even the regional manager, but I know would get the usual run-around.
  
  If you seriously take into consideration stated reviews, then pay attention to the ones about this site and accept the risks.
